Velocity Internet Services — Non-availability of net connection from 23.02.17

Our customer ID for Velocity Services is Vel 1072. We have been using the internet services from Velocity from Nov'16. But during the Wardha cyclone the connection was not available and after a long struggle with them, they restored the connection on 07.02.17. But again from 23.02.17, we are not able to use the internet connection as they say that they have some problem in the optic fibre near our station.

We have been making calls to Ms. Satya at landline no.[protected] and she advised us to call their customer care at [protected]. We have been calling them since saturday (25.02.17) and they assured that it will be restored on that day itself. But today ie. 27.08.17, the connection is not yet restored and we have been trying to contact the customer care centre and the no. is always engaged. We had once talked to Mr. Navaash today morning and he said that he would update us with the current position of the problem. Till now, we have not been updated and also we are not able to contact them as the line is always engaged.

Kindly sort out our issue immediately or please refund our deposit amount, so that we can switch over to some other network, as there are plenty available in the market.

Please take up the matter immediately as the struggle with Velocity has created much mental torture to our children, as they are the prime users of this network.
