Dec 12th 2016 due to cyclone in chennai connection failed, i waited till friday then i called support and raised connection failed complaint (Complaint i'd : 13827). They told it bill be fixed in saturday or worst case it will take sunday morning, but till now issue not fixed, they are not worried about the complaint. Nearly one month completed. 2nd time i faced this type of issue, i don't know this time how much time i will wait. (Today jan 2, 2017)
Every time they give 2 days deadline. They have no idea when the service will be restored. No email updates. No escalation points. Managers don't pick up their phone.
During the renewal time only, thay will call and remain recharge date. (Prepaid service)
