Velocity Internet Services Complaints & Reviews

My account has been renewed on 18/10/2017 and velocity account message displayed that account has been renewed. But velocity internet member called me on 03/12/2017 and asked me to pay the bill. He disconnected it in one day even though i responded to pay the bill in the evening. Venkatesh incharge of velocity internet is very bad personality and he dont deserve that position....

Our customer ID for Velocity Services is Vel 1072. We have been using the internet services from Velocity from Nov'16. But during the Wardha cyclone the connection was not available and after a long struggle with them, they restored the connection on 07.02.17. But again from 23.02.17, we are not able to use the internet connection as they say that they have some problem in the optic fibre near our station.

My internet gone down during cyclone period i.e. 12th Dec, 2016. They rectified the same only by 5th Jan, 2017.

When enquired about my expiry period, they asked told they wil extend for three days but it is almost more than 20 days without internet.

No proper phone support, no escalation, no email complaints. Number always busy. Always trying to disconnect calls

Dec 12th 2016 due to cyclone in chennai connection failed, i waited till friday then i called support and raised connection failed complaint (Complaint i'd : 13827). They told it bill be fixed in saturday or worst case it will take sunday morning, but till now issue not fixed, they are not worried about the complaint.
