Venetian Honda — faulty motorcycle

I have purchased honda cb unicorn 150. It has been not more than 2 months. I have given the byke for more than 12 complaints within this time. I am extremely dissatisfied as the byke gets heated very fast, average is less than 30. Also, the major issue is the engine gives a unusual sound. When i reported this issue, the technician said they will have to open up the engine head and then they will try resolving the sound issue. If a byke which is new and gets the engine opened will certainly not last long. I want a urgent redressal of my issue as venetian hond had delivered me a faulty vehicle. Upon asking the technician in venetian honda he said in bs4 every 9 out of 10 bykes are complaining about the same issue. Want an urgent redressal of my issue. Paid in cash highly dissatisfied and looking for refund or replacement of my byke.
