[Resolved] Venetian Honda — Wrong Commitment | |||
This is to get to your notice that there are highly unprofessional staff recruited at Honda Venetian Outlet (kandivali). I had booked Honda Activa bike on my friends recommendaton as the delivery was ensured in one month . After booking and giving the cheque amount for 15k,within matter of 10 min it was told to me that delivery would not be possible and it will take 2 months and MR Anuj gave a commitment for the same. On inquiring after 2 months it is told to me by the same person that he has not recieved any amout from my bank and dont have any update . After inquiring from the bank it was found that the loan was disbursed more than a month earlier ,but no one in theiroffice knew about it. Now when I am contacting Venetian Honda they are stating that the delivery would take one more month . They have started ignoring my calls too. Was this information helpful? | |||

I will suggest you to change ur mind and go 4 all New Vespa 125... which is known for its services N quality... u'll get RSA i.e road side assistance... in an emergency... its a retro scooter with mordern amaneties... for more details logon to www.vespaindia.com

Dahisar branch is illegal
I have CBR 150 and its not even year to my bike and my lock set is not working prorperly the advisor told that the lock set should be replaced its under warrenty bt the incharge of the parts always says there is no lock set available.he always tells me if the bike is under warrenty the lock set is not available so this means venetian honda will only change the part after warrenty ? I am not at all statisfied with the response of ventian honda. please look to my problem as soon as possible i need my part to be changed because my bike always stops in the high speed when i am travelling through highways.
