Verma Travels — bus did not reach destination and broke down | |
It was one of the worst experience that i had travelling with verma travels today. It came almost 1.5 hours late from its scheduled time in indore with dirty linen and seats. I somehow managed to travel until 5am after which ac was stopped and after another 30 mins bus was stopped and kept aside the road. We waited for around 3hrs however no one could really figure out and fix the issues and we waited on road for another 3hrs. While we requested to do some arrangements to drop us to destination we have been told that they can't do anything and we can go on your own. The staff was really rude and non-responsive towards our concern. No one at verma travels picked up the phone to get this sorted and finally we had to leave on our own expenses since it was 9am already. It was really ridiculous that such an esteemed travel agency has treated their customer like this and there was no help given by red bus also. I end up reaching my destination so late that i could not join my office today and had to bear loss of pay as well apart from what i paid from piploda to vadodara. I want action to be taken on red bus and need my money back for this horrible travel with verma travels. If you guys don't take an action and get my money back i would have no other option than going ahead with legal action. Would look forward to hear from you soon. Was this information helpful? | |
