Date of journey 16.6.2018 Ticket no 1689682 Uncomfortable journey: (1) not in position to sleep whole night because of noise of discharge of compressed air just below to my seat. (2) led not working. (3) shoe rack not available. Reported to verma travels, bhopal by mail [protected]@gmail.com and on helpline no of verma travels [protected], but no corrective action taken by verma travels during the journey.
