Hi,
I've booked a single seat in the bus but they have changed it to double seat without asking me and now they are not even cancelling the booking, i cannot adjust to the double seat that is why I've booked the single seat. They are claiming that the new bus is arranged and their is no single seat available in it. They have done this without asking me and now I'm forced to adjust with some stranger in the double seat.
