Vespa — Complaint letter against Registration certificate is not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Praseeda .S From Palakkad, Kerala. I had purchased Vespa VXL CBS from one of your dealer's (KAIZEN MOTORS) on 21st September 2022 by paying full amount of money at a Time. I would like to bring you a complaint regarding my Registration Certificate is not received until this date.its been more than five months ago I purchased from Kaizen Motors, Palakkad.I had approached several times to your concerned dealer for this registration certificate for my vehicle. I also reached and contacted Road Transport Organisation (RTO), Govt of Kerala.As per the statement of Government, the dealer hasn't made any progress and any further steps towards my certificate.At the point of purchase I was assumed that your dealer's and staffs will provide good service and good approach to a customer, instead they were not able to provide any steps regarding my issue.so hereby I request you to find quick response and solution to my Registration Certificate.
I have attached my Purchase Bill of my vehicle for your reference.
