[Resolved]  Vespa — vespa 150cc sxl high vibration and noise from handle bar which is 7 months old

I bought vespa SXL 150cc from Avanish Motors, Bangalore (Dealer code INS4KAA175) in june 2018. In first service they made oil marks which it need to repaint. After second service handle bar had huge vibrations, for that they tunned engine in both high and low extrems which kept me danger while i was driving. I complained to cusmoer care and handle by vespa service person. The problem with service guys is they are driving on highways where roads are really good. When driving on roads had more bumps it has very hard vibrations causing my uper body pain. I developed severe back and neck pain because of that. I decided to sell my vehicle. After service is very bad and i don't know what i can do for this vehicle. I am suspecting while they are doing service they might have damaged/distrubed handle bar. From last 4 months i had given 5 times for resolving problem. Service person from vespa who is handling my complaint also not helping he made a point i am feeling phychlogically that vibrations. He is not even picking my call now aday. I do tested other vehicle those were good. Some of my friends also drove my vehicle they do had same level of virations. Ther is no proper service after sale. I would have get Honda vehice for half of this price. Much better service. I had to spen lot of time for this problem at service centers.

Avanish motor service guys didn't fix problem. On top of that they have tunned the engine which gave me milage of around 17km, and vehicle had so much power even it is runing at 40km/hr and controlling/breaking was unpredictable, i was almost crash into car once which was so dangerous. Venkatesh from service was handling this compliaint. Problen was there from September after 2nd service i spent almost 4 hour in their show room to tell them there is aprobelm. Simply tunned idle speed to low Rpm. When they called for 3rd sevice i didn't want to go with Avanish motors, opt for Velocity service thinking that only service was not done properly. I Informed same to Venkatesh and he spoke with velocity servicepeople. I got vehicle after service which has reduced vibration and noise, but not completly better than previous. They told me handle bar was loose they fixed it. With in a week it vibrations went back to normal. Venkatesh want to drive for two day to understand problem. I gave him vehicle and got back after few days, one of service guy called me for droping vehicle i asked about issue he said handle bar alignment has issue. Venkatesh had drove and droped in Avanish motors and next day i collected vehicle i see same vibration levels no improvement. Venkatesh is saying vehicle is fine when he drove on outer ring road in banglore. Heavy vibrations i am geeting to my upperbody. He thinks no issue with that vehicle. He is suggesting me to use some other vespa vehicle which he provides. Every time I need to go to Avanish motors which is 11kms away from my place, and in banglore traffic. With this vibrations i am having severe issues with my upper body musiles. Right from starting of this this issue i am complaing about having severe upper body pains. I have to go for physio and accupenture treatment to relive stiff musiles. It costs me more than 10K and lot of time to make round to hospitals I am not understanding why service people are not taking customers problem seriously. I have spent lot of time to visit service center for droping vehicle and collecting, till now 4times i droped my vehicle. Every time i go i need to spend atlest 2.5 hrs. I am working women, i can't effort that much time. Its been 3.5 months i had issue. I am exhausted with this kind of service. I am looking forward for returnning vehicle. Its only 6.5 months old. service is so bad. What is the point of having excellent vehicle with very bad service. This vehicle became burden to me rather than making things easy. I can't effort my health and time because of this costly vehicle. I want to return this vehicle, so that i can go for a vehicle with better service in banglore. I lost trust in vespa guys because they are not even trying to understand customer issues and their time. Please let me know procedue to return the vehicle. I booked Vespa on sep-2018and I took formal delivery on 09.01.2019 . But they didn't make any arrangements for registration of vehicle so far. They skipped the dates for them. The deliverer is PV motors, avinashi road, Coimbatore.
i am in Coimbatore, i have also same to type of very bad experience with Vespa servicing center in Coimbatore, more than 2.5 months meter is issue not solved and no prober reply.
