Vespa — I am complaining about my Vespa bike(scooty) | |||
I bought my Vespa bike at the end of Nov, 2020 in Tadepalligudem Vespa showroom. But, my bike didn't started after few days o[censored]se(nearly 20-25 days). I have called to the showroom and they came and checked my bike and said that there is an issue with petrol pump. We need to order for spare part and replace with it. They nearly took 1 to 1 and half month to get it repaired after continuous calls from my side. Again in Feb, my bike headlight was damaged and we asked them to repair when we took the bike for servicing and they said that they don't have spare part right now, they will order for spare part and will repair it when we go for the servicing next time. They said the same thing when we took the bike for servicing for the next 2 or 3 times. And in September, 2021 my Bike is not starting again. I have tried reaching out to the showroom with the numbers I have but they didn't respond even I have called so many number of times. We somehow managed to take my bike to showroom and asked them what is the problem with the bike and why it is not starting. They checked the bike and said that there is an issue with petrol pump and we need to replace it with new one. I gave my bike at the end of September in showroom and I didn't get get my bike till now. We are asking for the update day by day and they are saying we are not getting spare part so it will be delayed. It's more than a month and half now and I am tired of all this ### happening again and again. I either need my bike repaired within a week or I need a replacement for it ASAP. It is literally causing too much stress on me and I can't take this anymore. When we are asking how mANY TIMEs we will be getting the same issue with petrol pump, they are saying this the first time you got repair related to petrol pump. This is too much, they are simply lying. No proper response. I request you to please take the action ASAP regarding this. I need my repaired bike in a week or replacement new bike or refund of the money I paid for the bike. Was this information helpful? | |||
