When we pay about 94000®️ for this vechicle it must value for the money, otherwise what's matter? When i given my vechicle for the 4 services it had some issue regarding both shock absorbers not working properly (Even single gutter we feels spring and not taking the efforts) it was not in the past, sounds coming both breaks and front fork, a large vibration and sound from vehicle, and i forced them to do oil change as well, after 3days they given back my vechicle, i pays about 757®️ i think what i got is the oil change and a perfect wash, other problems remains unchanged at all, when i said this problam again with the help of witness one of the service staff argument s with us roughly he hasn't any interest us to do the job at all, this things make customers to never suggest this vehicle and showroom for others

    Service done by the staff was not done completely as they said 9 points service was not done. They havenot changed a part but showed in billing and collected extra amount. Problem was not rectified completely even after the service done. The staff was very rude and not upto the mark of piaggio. It is my second complaint about the service in the same service center. Nobody was responded and if it continued i have only option left to me is to go consumer court
    Vehicle got vaibration at the speed of 60 I told many time for this issue but at all time servicing done but issue not solve. And front head pannel damage at the starting taken my vehicle from showroom know one year pass but when I m asking for pannel he gave me reply not in stock and servicing not doing properly.
    This is not fair, vespa is waste of money, activa is 1000 times better than vespa

      Hi,
      I bought a vespa sxl 150 matte black last year. My handle-bar cover got damaged 2 months back. I am from chennai and i took my vehicle to every service centres here. Everyone told that product is not available and they will make a order of it and asked me to call after 15 days. As told by them i called them after 15 days but their response were as such i didnt order the product. Much frustrated by these service centres. I guess by spending more money on a premium scooter like vespa is a bad decision in my life. Only during the buying of vehicle they treat customers as good. Once the vehicle comes to customer hands they treat as they wont respond to any queries of the customer. Can i get some help regarding where to get my spare parts i. E) handle bar cover for vespa sxl 150 matte black. Can i expect any reply mail to my address: [protected]@gmail.com!! It would be happier if you make some arrangements as soon as possible. Otherwise the only other move for me is to sell the vehicle.

        Recently i took a vespa from savirro motors chennai. Such irresponsible sales man and services. The sales guy who took care of my vehicle, was not even conveying information correctly. Such a delay and lazy service i have never come across in my life. We paid all money (L) in cash. After that there was no follow up from their side. I dont recommend this showroom.

          We bought vespa vxl125 in early august 2018 from jmb motoplex, ashok nagar, chennai. We gave our vespa for first service on september 9th 2018.
          When i gave the vespa we told them that the tyre’s pressure in both the wheels are getting below 10 every 4 days. That was the only problem we told. They told us to come in the evening to take delivery.
          When we went, they first gave me the delivery satisfaction survey form without even showing us the vehicle. Then i asked the staff to show me the vehicle and explain what they did first before signing it. Then a boy came with our vespa and when asked about what he did, he stated he was the one who did the service. After asking him some questions like 'did you check the tyres?"etc. He panicked and called another guy who stated he did the service. When asked about the tyres he said that he checked and there was no problem. We were not satisfied with his explanation and he never stated the reason for why the tyre pressure was getting below 10 so often.
          When we said i wasn't satisfied with the service and i cannot sign in the form which stated"the service was satisfying". He told that it's okay and you can take the vehicle and go. I went and checked the tyre's pressure again the same day. It was only 11 on one tyre and 18 on another tyre. I am utterly disappointed at the way the service department treated and lied to me.
          I want you to take the necessary action against them or i am sorry to say this but no one will buy your vespa even if the vehicle is good as the after sales service is pathetic. Please check my satisfaction survey that i have not even filled as the engineer was interested to take the negative feedback.
          However i would like to highlight here that we were very happy with the sales department during purchase of my vehicle. Hope you will take the necessary steps.

            I am one of the victim of vespa service center address - vespa falcon mobikes. Shop no.187, 100feet outer ring road, hosakerehalli main road, banashankari 3rd stage, 6th block, banashankari 3rd stage, banashankari, bengaluru, karnataka 560085

            I was offered pick up and drop service for rs 350 and i accepted it. The idea was to pick up a scooter from my working place at 10 am and drop again max by 6 pm.
            The scooter was picked up by 11 am and service center called me at 4 pm stating scooter is ready for delivery. I requested to send it via delivery boy and it was agreed it will be delivered as soon as possible. There was no response till 6 pm and when i inquired further i was told the scooter will be delivered tomorrow 11 am.

            I had to pay nearly 400 rs to go back home and next morning to come back office again 400 rs. I tried to escalate via their call center where they took all the details and said the drop service is not owned by vespa. I have to speak to vendor and arrange alternative driver or collect it tomorrow. No complain number was given. Dropped a mail to their global email but no one has courtesy to call me back.

            Pick and drop service was offered by vespa service center and it was't told to me its an external service else i wouldn't have taken it.

            After spending nearly 2 hours on call and speaking to multiple people, some one was kind enough to arrange alternative driver with additional cost and the scooter was delivered at 10 pm night.

            I had to take my son to hospital and situation was worsen by the time i could reach home due to the delay by this service center.

            My humble request to have disciplinary actions against the center so that it will help in avoiding similar situation for me and others.

            I went to this vespa service centre a few weeks back, but the service provided was very bad they actually doesn't done anything to make the condition of vehicle good. And they charge high amount for even washing. Please note this and kindly do the needful.

            They said they corrected the problem related to self starting but after one day the problem appeared again
            I have made my vespa vehicle repaired at radarmotors nalla kunta on August 1...till now it's not working...I want immediate repair of my vehicle...

              I have given service to pillai motors, no.127 greams road, chennai-600006.
              I have told about our two wheeler condition to them when giving service, but they not properly serviced whatever i told. I am totally unsatisfied. Kindly resolve the issue & kindly appoint to experience persons to do service else you will be loss the customers at the same time your sales turnover will be decreased

                I purchased vespa sxl125 from jey motors cochin. After first servicing, back wheel working not properly (That wheel cannot maintain air properly). Every one week we filled the air on wheel. The service manager inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty (He said that it is a manufacturing defect), however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again the problem was still there.

                We have given the same vehicle for servicing almost two days before and not yet cleared this issue and we could not get a proper answer to them.

                We are totally worried because of this issue and nobody is taking care for the same. Everybody is so casual in this regard.
                Very bad response from alppy vespa showroom (racers motors) service staffs don't realising customers problems I given 4 services never a problam got solved, staffs argument s with customers

                  I visited your vespa showroom today for purchasing of new vespa lx125 model scooter, i verified the price in online in the following location, which us showing on road price rupees 83, 000/- but in that kakinada, east godavari, andhra pradesh, ora motors pvt ltd people are telling rupees 94, 800/- on road price.
                  Around rupees 11, 800/- variation on one vehicle how common people are survive with that type of monopoly dealers, (If dealers are selling for rupees 83, 000/- also they have margin from company, we don't know the margin exactly, we know everyone doing bussiness for margin and profit but this is not a correct way and this much of high price, which is called cheating to the customers). We don't know who is following up and controlling of price and protecting the customers, is this the our system is going on in india.

                  In that showroom they are not providing any price quotations, they are giving only a small rough slip.
                  I'm attaching you for your reference sir.

                  Without clarification i may not to give complain on dealers sir, i went to sridevi honda, kakinada which was an another showroom for honda vehicles for finding the vary of the online price and showroom on road price, honda activa 5g on road price in online rupees 66, 000/- and at the same time in that showroom on road price also same with accessories rupees 66, 000/-.

                  Dear sir, i humbly requesting you, kindly protect the customers and please help common middle class people's small dreams.

                  We hope you may consider my request and visit that showroom personally and come to an idea sir.

                    Recently purchased vehicle ( Brand new - Only 2 weeks old).
                    Vehicle is not moving properly from very next day on wards and also getting engine off while driving the vehicle.
                    Got a small accident also due to this issue, vehicle stopped suddenly while driving the same.
                    We have given the same vehicle for servicing almost two weeks before and not yet cleared this issue.

                    We are totally worried because of this issue and nobody is taking care for the same. Everybody is so casual in this regard.

                      Sir, I bought a scooter named APRILIA Sabeer 150 from piaggio vehicle pvt ltd (calicut showroom)
                      That have 3 free general services, I have done 2 from calicut showroom. Then I reach there for 3rd service this laast week, but showroom and service center was closed.
                      Then i Enquired to nearest shopes, they tell me that showroom is closed more than one month and not open.
                      Now what i do?? Please help me for my scooter and serve me

                        Severe service and performance issues with my Vespa SXL (MH12 PL 7297) - Moto Italia

                        I had bought the above detailed Vespa SXL mobike in August 2017 from your dealer Moto Italia, Lullanagar, Pune.

                        The mobike worked absolutely fine for the first month, be it the looks, performance and everything else.

                        Then as is the routine with mobikes for maintainance and servicing, post completion of the 1st month I handed over my mobike for it's first servicing at the Moto Italia service center based at Kedari Nagar sqaure in Wanowrie/Salunke Vihar area. That was the beginning of all troubles! And since then I've been visitng them repeatedly for the past 10 months with patience and in hope that one of these days all the issues will be finally resolved and I'll have my new mobike the way it should be - perfect and shiny! Of course it never happened!

                        And now, finally I've lost all my patience after revisitig the Moto Italia service center again today!

                        From the first day since I got my bike back after servicing, it has had issues with the rear shock absorber, the rear type losing air pressure repeatedly every few days, the average and the pickup! And as futher mechanism was carried out on my mobike, the problems went from bad to worse and now worst! The rear shock absorber is so bad that the pillion rider is hurt every now and then (this was also testd with the service center personnel with me seated behind), the rear tyre issue still persists, there was some kind of noise in the front wheel to which the service center guys said that it was due to the handle being loose, and then did some repairs post which the bike's fuse started blowing off repeatedly causing loss of all electric functions, and the bike started making some weird noise in the area near the front wheel, the movement is literally jamming up making it harder to push the bike back and forth, and there is a strange noise every time the ignition is powered off!

                        To add to all the above, the service center response is the worst ever experienced by me! The senior mechanic says 'Kuch problem nahi hai ...hehehe, the other service executives are the most unresponsive, discourteous and filled with rudeness in their behavior (in plain Indian language, Badtameez log bhare hue hai Moto Italia ki Wanowrie service centre mein). And I very much doubt their capability in servicing the bike or handling customers.

                        Please provide me with a perfectly functional mobike with 'ZERO' issues, or replace mine with a brand new one, or refund the entire money I've spent on purchasing this good for nothing piece of crap.

                        I need a positive reponse immediately please!

                          I have purchased Vespa VXL125 last year on the month of April from
                          PILLAI MOTORS
                          127, Greams Road, Nr Thousand Lights -Next to MRF Bldg.
                          Chennai 600006.
                          After 8 months my petrol indicator didn't work properly. When I gave my bike for 3rd service they said the problem have been solved but it is in the same condition, again i took my bike next week and said them it is still the same but they said it is working. On my 4th and 5th service I said the same complaint but there is no proper service done.
                          Now there are engine noise.
                          Everyday I kick start my bike at least 10-15 times.
                          They promised me that all the issues has been solved but all are in the same condition.

                          If there is no proper service, return the money which I paid for my bike and give me the compensation amount.

                            I have a vespa S 125. Got my bike serviced from shree Krishna agencies, Vadodara. Even after sending my bike twice in two months the problem is not ressolved. Workshop is 70kms run from my place. Now every time they are just asking to send the vehicle to them for servicing and they assure me that the problem will be solved but again it is the same. Have complained to vespa with complain no. 109039 but the problem is not resolved yet. Bill is not provided by the workshop after servicing. They said they will mail me but no mail received from them.
                            Even no proper response from Vespa's end.
                            I want them to come to my place and resolve my vehicle's problem.

                              This is a complaunt about the dealer in coimbatore which is located near koundapalayam, mettupalayam road. i purchased a new Vespa vxl from coimbatore showroom in the month of May 2018. They said they will arrange me finance and they did, but there was lot if miscommunication between the bank and the showroom dealer. i asked for 3 yrs finance and they did for 2 yrs. i hav submitted all the documents as required but no response. this is a very poor customer service where there is no proper response about the scooter and also about the loan

                                We paid more cost compare other SCOOTER but service very poor and we can not park properly because side stand not balanced just touch vehicle Will be fall down and damage head light doom and panel this also expensive to replace, I paid 2000 Rs, and wait for spare 18 months because my vehicle white colours many times given complaint but no use not me only many people have problem than I given complaint by mail to company no answer so please don't bye this scooter any more this is cheating company

                                Manufacture defects in VESPA PIAGGIO SCOOTER especially Side stand unbelievable just touch vehicle Will be fall down and damage head light doom and panel this also expensive to replace I paid 2000 Rs this also after 18 months to replace because white colour so don't bye this scooter any more

                                  I have given my vespa for service in guntur (Amaravathi road,). They took 8 hours to complete and that too without water service.., they are saying that their labour has not attended on that day. I have been sitting in their office for more than 2 hours. Their employees did'nt even communicated with me. There is no proper response. And they are applying seperate gst on labour charges, additional charges, in the bill.
                                  Totally they wasted 8hours of my time. I had returned without minimum satisfaction.

                                  How can we trust your services..? This type of services would leads to loose your goodwill. So please make some activities to stop this type o[censored]nsatisfied work. Here totally you have loosed the customer satisfaction. Don't you know that customer satisfaction is very important to any company?

                                    I have purchased new vespa... This month the sales executive has convinced me and sold his vespa to me... Even though by doing wrong commitment he said there is no helmet for lx model but he said i will arrange for u... And now he is not giving me helmet... Vespa employees are very rude and fraud making customer fool by doing wrong commitment and playing with their emotions... Just because for their sales rubbish gyz... I m frusted plz help me out with this

                                      I bought my vespa almost month now i payed full amount with the accessories and now after calling multiple times no proper communication.
                                      The helmet in accessories is not yet given. After speaking to manager he said he will call and check still no reply.
                                      No prompt reply and callback.

                                      Using abusive language and they broke my bike too and then trying to blame it on me adding up things in the job card. I have all the proofs against your showroom and service station i shall sue you so better compromise or i will file a complaint against vespa they didn't treated me well using abusive giving bad words not adminting that it was their mistake
