Vespa — I'm complaining about vespa scooter cheating and not providing services

Hi i am Sathya Bama, I bought vespa Scooter from Tirunelveli Vespa Showroom, Tamil Nadu. I am so far from the showroom location so when i went to buy the scooter i asked the dealer is there any choice of service on my location the dealer said yes we send our mechanic for home services. If the dealer said no i would have gone and bought some other brands which are closer to my location. Due to their fake promise i trusted and bought it now the service time has started and i have called them from November 1 until now they didn't provide for service i didn't even do my first service until now.
