Vespa — irresponsible service center, jey motors, kochi, kerala

I purchased vespa sxl125 from jey motors cochin. After first servicing, back wheel working not properly (That wheel cannot maintain air properly). Every one week we filled the air on wheel. The service manager inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty (He said that it is a manufacturing defect), however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again the problem was still there.

We have given the same vehicle for servicing almost two days before and not yet cleared this issue and we could not get a proper answer to them.

We are totally worried because of this issue and nobody is taking care for the same. Everybody is so casual in this regard.

Very bad response from alppy vespa showroom (racers motors) service staffs don't realising customers problems I given 4 services never a problam got solved, staffs argument s with customers
