Vespa — my last vespa service not done properly

I have given my vespa for service in tristar motors, calicut on 2.01.2020 and got it back on 4.01.2020.

My main problem with the vespa was
1. It is not starting (Self) by using keys properly. It is taking too much time to start in morning and after my work (Evening) also. Making noise when i start vespa.
I have informed this to the service team 3 times. But after service also i am facing the same problem. My last service charge was 853. And i have traveled nearly 4 hr (To and from my place)

It is very difficult to bring vespa to service center location because i am working in adivaram and service centre is in calicut. Nearly 2 hour it will take to reach there.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I am totally dissatisfied with this service. I ahev taken alot more effort for getting proper service and they have not done it correctly. I cannot take any more effort. They have to collect my vespa and solve the problem and bring it back to me as soon as possible.
