Vespa — Not responding to the customer

Few days ago, i went to the vespa show room for service of my scooter but they not responding correctly and not given spare of such parts.
They talking not correctly and not taking seriously, just make my time wasted and I'm visited many time.
Kindly take my complaint seriously and give me the perfect solution for this..Do the needful.
