Vespa — Poor Customer service and warranty claims

I had purchased a ZX MODEL Vespa in the year 2021 August coimbatore. And i am truly disappointed with the customer care and service provided by your company dealer.Now it's been a year and when we checked with our nearest dealer for service, they informed that the pump needs to be replaced and the cost would be 5000/- and warranty claims is not possible as it's more than a year...I seriously don't understand how major repairs happen exactly after the free service period and warranty period with minimal usage
