Vespa — poor quality of product | |||||
Recently I have purchased Vespa SXL 125 cc vehicle on date 1, Oct 2019. I have lots of issue with 5 month o[censored]se and hardly 2 servicing are done. I have done big mistake to buy this vehicle.This ### vehicle and service also same kind. While 1st servicing front brake switch found faulty, then showroom person told to pay for it but after convincing to service person that issue is existing from day one so he agreed and not charge for it While 2nd servicing I observed that front panel lock is broken and rattling noise coming from vehicle .I highlighted that issue to showroom representative and he asked to replace the panel and pay for it then rattling noise issue got resolved but panel issue still exist. Service person argued with me that its not company problem.He told me that either this is accidental case or had any other incident with vehicle that's why your panel is broken. Service person indirectly blaming to us If this kind of failures are faced by customer within 5 month of vehicle use then why company charge such a huge cost ??
