I bought Vespa scooter from Hosur showroom (located in highways), the vehicle was taken to RTO and after inspection I was asked to wait 15 days for RC.. But whenever I call them they are giving me blunt answer "it will take time". Now they are telling the broker incharge of this RTO process hasn't processed my document. Now they are asking me to wait for indefinite period.
Really frustrated, is it mistake to buy Vespa scooter ?
Without RC, how can I ride the vehicle?
