Vespa — Regarding bad service and spare parts | |||
Hey I am Dhrupal Patel from vapi Gujarat india I have a vespa since 2013 Scooty number is GJ 15 AQ 4024 . My vespa is broken down on way before diwali and I contact legacy italiaa vespa Suart (Vapi, Gujarat) dealership/service centre they said that CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) is blown! I told hime to change it and turn on my scooter but they said that they don’t have that part called CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) and they said that We have placed in the order but we could not take responsibility for when the item arrives!! And they also said that the thing called (CDI) can come from fifteen days to a month or even two months. So I have to leave the scooter until then? Already It's been a week since Scooty stopped How much longer do I have to live without my scooter ? That’s how you treat your customers ? Everytime Legacy italiaa vespa dealership/service Surat (vapi) centre said that they don't have the parts Very bad experience Worst buying Vespa Was this information helpful? | |||
