Vespa — service issue and money charges issue

As below estimation for job card attachment you can see is of 4500 rupees, after few days i got a call from vespa showroom from this number [protected]. He said me that 7000 rupees will be the bill if bore problem in engine is there means max finalize bill will be 11, 500 rupees so, i said him okay till 12, 000 i have no problem you can repair to my bike and again finally few days back i got a call from servicing repair is completed and he said bill is 22, 000 rupees, so without informing me how can they finalize the bill. So, i hope you people will help and support to solve the this issue soon.
