Vespa — Starting problem not addressed by service centres

Despite my follow up on email and on phone on companies customer care number NO one is bothered to response. I got my scooter serviced on 23rd Dec and told them about starting trouble and many other issues, which are written on their job card. But condition is verse now. Then I complaint on phone as well as on email but no response till date. Can you share companies senior heads email I'd with me so that I can escalate it.

Hi I'm p.r.s.s Phaninmai from Rjy, last 2 servicing on wards my vespa cranck getting complaint, I intimated this to head mechanic n supervioser but my complaint is not solved, its have warranty but I told them to keep warranty, but they not responding.mechanics have not experienced so please solve my request
