I was at the above said service centre today
I went inside enquiry desk and my vehicle was parked outside and the employee asked me get the vehicle inside by myself which should have been his job to do.
Also when i asked them to change the vehicle mode switch they clearly refused to do it and said it would take a lot of work to change it.
The employees weren’t trained as well.
Very disappointed with the service and their behaviour
