I have purchased two wheeler in February 2020, But showroom had delivered me 2018 bike, when registration for my vehicle has cancelled, I have came to know that BS4 vehicle couldn't be registered in 2020. I have returned my vehicle to showroom to exchange with BS6 model, they delayed. Time passed I have complained to MD but he neglected us, MANAGER issued check that I have paid cash while taking bike, but after that total showroom had FRAUD with us. They even didn't given a single penny to the customer, what should I do now? They are not taking a call?? What about my MONEY? (105000) Even I have cheque?? Please solve this issue ASAP.
