Vfs Global — pending document since 3.5 months: police clearance certificate

I have applied for the police clearance certificate in paris office of vfs global on 20/08/2018 and till now ( 15 weeks) it has not been done.

- on visitig the vfs global office, i get the standard response that the application is with the embassy and they don't know any more than that.
- on visiting the indian embassy in paris, they ask me to contact the vfs global office.
- on sending the mail to ministry of external affairs on this address (Passport. [protected]@mea.gov.in), there is no response.

This document is urgent and my file is blocked in france because this document is missing. Can you please look into the matter and give me the update?
