Vi — Flash message | |
I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't know why do these people provide such services if they do not have the expertise to do so. Can any one look into the matter more diligently or the customers just need to quit their service and switch to other service providers. Bhavin Was this information helpful? | |
