I recently had a frustrating experience with VibeCraft, a company that markets itself as a premium seller of home decor products. Their return policies are misleading, and their customer service is worse than unhelpful — it’s practically non-existent. After sharing my story, I discovered that many others have faced similar issues, so I’m sharing this as a warning to anyone considering buying from them.

My Experience

I purchased a temple from VibeCraft for ₹3, 999 and the quality and materials used were far below expectations. Within 24 hours of delivery, I reported the issue via their WhatsApp support number and was instructed to send an email with the details. I followed their instructions and even provided images of the product as requested.

But instead of addressing my concerns, VibeCraft sent a cold email rejecting my return request. Their reasoning? I didn’t like the product. When I went through their “no fuss return” policy, I couldn’t find any clause stating that dissatisfaction with quality isn’t grounds for a return. Yet, when I asked them to point out where in their policies they justified this, they just kept sending the same automated email.

After several attempts to resolve the issue with the company, I was shocked to receive threats of legal action via WhatsApp simply for sharing my experience here and on other platforms. Additionally, my comments on their Facebook posts were deleted, and I was blocked from their page after posting them. This behaviour is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns.

After digging deeper, I realized I wasn’t alone. On platforms like TrustPilot (26 negative reviews) and LinkedIn, several people have shared similar horror stories about VibeCraft. It was also observed that the company is possibly purchasing reviews on TrustPilot. If you look closely, you’ll notice a pattern: positive feedback appears immediately after someone leaves a negative review. Moreover, while the company doesn’t ship outside India, most of the positive reviews come from various countries around the world. Don’t be fooled by their manipulated positive ratings.

VibeCraft is owned by Wishbag Online Pvt. Ltd., a company run by Nidhi Garg and Nitika Bansal. It’s alarming that such a company can blatantly deceive its customers without any accountability.

Thank you.
