I booked a flat in Vibgyor Niketan Project, Baruipur in 2012, n they were misleading & excusing me about the construction status of the project. Every time I called Vibgyor, they used to say that it will start soon & its due to delay in getting the project plan sanctioned. Now no one receives call also. How I can get my money refund. Advance payment (half amount of the property value ) paid but now unable to connect with office.The payment has been made on 2012.Tried to contact their office but the office is closed and all the contact numbers mentioned in the bill receipt copy are not rechable

I was working in Vibgyor group based in kolkata. but the company is now involved in fraudulent so people are coming to my door everyday in group for money they have deposited. i don't have any choice to return their money.

we are in a great trouble. kindly help asap.
