Vidal Health Insurance — not approved claim amount

Hi,
My son was admitted to hospital from 14th july to 22nd july in vijashree hospital jigani bangalore.
I was submitted all the original bills and reports to vidal with claim amount as 37, 000/- but approved is 16758/-rs.
Yagdeep (Yagdeep. [protected]@vidalhealthtpa.com) and rajeev (Rajeev. [protected]@vidalhealthtpa.com) they are not verified the documents correctly, simply they are asking detailed break up required from hospital.
