Hi, I didn't know the customer ID of my d2h connection so I called to d2h Videocon customer care from another mobile number and ask for customer ID for my registered mobile number but by mistake she gave me Customer ID for calling number so I recharged 310 on that Customer ID so it not reflect on my D2H. Please transfer recharge on my correct Customer ID. Please Find detail below: Wrong VC no. [protected] Correct VC no. Thanks & regards Verified Support Aug 12, 2022 d2h Customer Care's response Dear Vikesh, Please be informed that as per our records, the transaction id was utilized for 2 days against the incorrect VC [protected] on which payment was made therefore the unused/partial amount of Rs.292.13/- has already been transferred to the right VC [protected]. VC's next switch-off date is 20/Sep/2022. Thanks & regards
