Instead of recharging my new ID([protected]) I recharged my old ID[protected]

Connection stops working every two days

I have installed a new dish antenna on 31st July 2022 at the instance of the Company as the old dish antenna has corroded. Since the said installation my connection stops working every two days. Every time service engineer comes and starts the connection but it stops again within two days. It has stopped working 3 times in just last 9 days. Replacing of set top box

My set top box is not working so I called the videocon d2h cc executive for replacing of set top box.. He told me 200/- engeneer charges+250/- new set top box replacement charges.. When engineer came he told me 200/- his fees+399 set top box charge+400/- recharge +370/-remote charge.. Why company making foolish of people??worst experience.. Recharged to wrong customer ID

I recharged to my d2h but unfortunately it recharged to another ID kindly refund the amount...

D2h recharge amount deducted twice.

Hi,

I am having a d2h dish connection for which I have done the recharge of Rs 250/- from d2h website using "Quick Recharge" web page on 01/08/2022 11:30 AM. I made the payment using my credit card, but the recharge amount is deducted twice from my credit card. That means two times Rs. 250/- (Total of Rs. 500/-) got deducted from my card.

I have checked my d2h account, but it is showing only Rs. 250/- recharged...

Recharge on wrong customer ID

Hi,

I didn't know the customer ID of my d2h connection so I called to d2h Videocon customer care from another mobile number and ask for customer ID for my registered mobile number but by mistake she gave me Customer ID for calling number so I recharged 310 on that Customer ID so it not reflect on my D2H. Please transfer recharge on my correct Customer ID. Please Find detail below:

My d2h I'd is changed..but I am recharge by mistaken old deh I'd...I have refund 416 Rs ..my old id no[protected]. And new I'd no :[protected]...

Spam marketing calls.

I’ve been receiving marketing calls from the above mentioned company. I’ve disconnected my account now but still they are harassing me by repeatedly calling from different numbers. I’m getting disturbed in the middle of my work because of these calls....
