I have purchased lcd tv in the month of october 2014 under 5 year warranty, Now tv is totally stopped working last 1 month back and still i am chasing for service and my tv is not replaced, i am loyal customer of videocon but now onward i never suggest any one to go with videocon, they are playing with the emotion and feeling of customer.
