[Resolved]  Videocom — without informed disconnected

My name is Thinagaran. I have used Videocon d2h. I had shifted trichy to Chennai city. This month last Sunday I was contact customer care [protected].I request him/her reinstall my set of box. end of the day evening service engineer came to my home and installed then fixed charges 300/- only. then I usually recharged fexi pack Rs.166/- activated my connection but next day no one channel does not view. immediately ask customer there reply fixed charged your side not paid so your connection disconnect. but i explained customer care and accepted my answer.she was said on that day activated your connection but still not any call or activated.lot of time call but no responsed
