Registered same day with Videocon Service Centre for installation. Received a call from them confirming that the installation will be done on March 21. Every day since, we have to call them to remind that nobody has shown up. No response for one week. Filed a complaint (number BAN[protected]) with Branch Manager Mr. Bhaskar. No response.
