Videocon D 2 H — Unclear channel transmission

I am user from White House R.T.Nagar bangalore.
Many channels are not coming properly some for some time then stops.
Complaints to set it right, vidiocon asks me to pay Rs150/- service charges.
Having paid installation charges and paying regular channel charges is it not the companies responsibility to see that the channels subscribed are properly transmitted.
