Videocon D2H — Activate promotional services without my permission

Dear Sir, I do have D2H connection with Videocon, Someone from this company called me for a promotional call and as per this promotional event they offered me to get free one month usage of their HD channels package and after one month you have to pay for it. if you don't want this service you have to call support guys and ask for deactivation. I was totally disagree with them even on call i said that i don't want this service where to stop this i have to call your support, ideally it should be a free for one month and if someone like it they will call support and request for continue this service, Why i have to call and request deactivation of service which was not initially requested by me instead it was a part of your promotional event. They called me twice and both the time i was refused to activation then they disconnected my call and activated this service without even my permission. I was not aware of it that they activated on my account but when got to know that they charged to me for it i immediately called to their support. I called three times and every time call duration was more then 11 minutes (which even i have to pay). First call - they said we will raise complaint and you will get response on it. But no response. Second call - They transferred to their senior manager and that manager confirmed me that we will check audio recording and try to find if promotional event offer activated on your account without your permission and you will get feedback on it before 24 hours now almost 72 hours+ done, no response. I recharged my account on May 6th 2016 with Rs. 241 for a month and even my complaint they charged for HD channel package and expired my subscription in 20 days (May 27th) instead of 30 days (June 5th). Today just now i had third call - i asked for to provide response or feedback on my complaint and audio recording check but no update yet even they refused to return my deducted amount and said we can't help you in that best we did that we stopped your HD channel package. I would like to request you please take corrective action on this company along with these type of offers where without confirmation of consumer they activated additional services and then charged for them. Its really ridiculous and simply not acceptable. Looking forward for your earliest and kind support. Thanks Manish
