[Resolved] Videocon D2H — additional package added to my d2h account without customer knowledge | |||||
I have recharged my videocon d2h account recently for an amount of rs.253/- and selected alacarte channel and paid the money shown for the selected channels +ncf+tax. But later i received message that i am charged for an amount of rs.482. When i asked customer executive that 2 additional package has been added to my account. When i asked them to remove it, they are telling it is locked and can remove after 28 days. Kindly stop this videocon from making such fraud work for taking additional money from the customers.
