Videocon D2H — Cable cut to provide to another apartment

Dear consumer forum, 3 days back the videocon cable provider had come to my flat, apparently he has cut my connection and provided the connection from my satellite to another apartment, i have raised a complaint on the videocon portal but to no avail. Kindly note that i pay 570 rs every month on the connection, and i have not been able to avail it for the last 3 days. My D2h id is: 70294730 Residing:Bangalore
