Videocon D2H — Careless and cheaters wrt resolving complaints | |||
I called thrice to the call centre and thanks to the efficient customer executives who didn't even have the basic courtesy to speak to a customer. All the channels were working until I did the recharge and to my surprise none of the channels were working. When I called up the customer service they said an engineer would visit and fix the issue and I need to pay Rs. 200 to him. My simple question is that how can things go wrong within an hour or so? I spoke to three executives and none of them were willing to solve the issue. However, I said I have been using Videocon since last two years and how can they treat me like this.But, they were least bothered and disconnected my calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
