Videocon D2H — channel service not working... | |||
Dear team, I have been uploaded my choice channels on videocon d2h portal but, it has not been yet reflected in my account. Now i can only see free channels and it is same since last couple of months. I am trying to connect customer care but always i am getting busy tone, could you please look into it. If this is the case then i will think of other options. Videocon is the best service provider but why this kind of ignorance happening this time i dont know. If it is on portal then they must have reply from portal directly once options has been selected. I hope my problem will get resolved.
