[Resolved] Videocon D2H — cheating and harassing customers | |||
My videocon service is not funtional for last 3 days and i have been complaining tot the customer care and service engineer for resolution. The complaint was registered and since past 2 days i am being promised by d2h customer care that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours and this is happening Since past 3 days. The engineer says he could have resolved the matter within few hours but only if i would have not registered my complaint through customer care. He wants us to pay him rs 200 visiting charges directly instead of paying it to customer care. The customer care executives are highly untrained and unskilled in handling customer complaints. All they know is say sorry for the inconvenience. They cant take any action against their corrupt engineers I have recharged my videocon account by rs. 1000 and the services have not resumed and everyday they are deducting amount from my account for the services. What a service provider these guys are full o[censored]nprofessional and unskilled crooked team. Please beware of these cheaters before going for their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
