[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Cheating & harassing customer | |||
I am customer of Videocon D2h since last more than 5 years.My customer ID is 6036513. I had seen since last 2 years videocon had started mal practice of disturbing services suddenly and then when we complain about signal not available then their executive every time tell us for engineer visit on chargeable basis. This is happening repeatedly after every 4 months since last 2 years. When engineer visit he does not do any thing just go at dish and check frequency at dish and it start automatically. This is a mal practice of taking engineer charge from customer. We had complained this for more than 6 times but still this practice is continue. Presently also suddenly after every 15-20 min the set box light suddenly changed from blue to Red and then TV starts again. Please not this is the 3rd time I had problem in setup box and i if I complain for this then there will be standard answer to change the set up box on chargeable basis. This is your standard practice to loot customer at every 4-6 months. Now I feel there is no alternate but to take up the matter in consumer court only for this intentional harassment and reimbursement of harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
