Videocon D2H — complaint not attended even after 72 hours of complaint

My d2h videocon customer id is[protected]. I was out of station for 30-40 days. I have recharged my account by rs.385/- on 17.11.2019. Generally after recharge it shows or activate the channels within 1 minute after recharge.
But, channels were not activated even after 30 minutes, so i called to customer care to resolve the complaint. They have asked me to tell the message on my tv screen. I have told them that the message was “signal not available”. They said account is refresh or activated from their side and technician/service engineer have to visit to resolve the problem and charges are rs.200/-.
I said ok.
Then after more than 24 hours no technician/ service engineer visited/attended the complaint. So again on 18.11.2019 i have called the customer care for my complaint. They have said that the complaint is closed and they have asked may alternate contact number, so i provided my alternate contact no also. My complaint was taken by customer care once again.
On 19.11.2019 also no technician/ service engineer visited / attended the complaint. So i again called customer care for follow up. They said that there was call drop and my alternate contact was not recorded by them and my complaint was closed. So again i have given them my alternate contact number and new complaint was taken by customer care and they promised that this time complaint will be definitely solved by them in 24 hours. I said ok again.

On 20.11.2019 complaint was not attended by the technician/ service engineer. So there was a call from customer care for me to know the status of my complaint. I have replied them that my complaint was not attended/ resolved. Also i have said that you are not caring for your customers as they have not attended my complaint for more than three days (72 hours). I want this complaint to be resolved by d2h for free as they have wasted my 3 days time and also asked to add/extend the three days of my recharge. Otherwise i will end up relation with d2h and take any other connection of dth. The person replied that he will let me know after some time. Then i did not received any call from d2h.
So i again called to customer care and told the whole story and asked them to connect with the customer care executive or any higher authority. They connected me with their senior on call i once again told the same story and asked to look in the matter. He replied that you will have to pay the service charges of rs.200/-. I have replied that i will not pay any charges as you have not attended my complaint since 3 days (72 hours). Otherwise i will close their connection and take any other dth connection. And if he is not an authority to decide this then connect with the main authority of customer care. Then call was literally closed from their side (After 20 minutes of call)
I once again called on customer care number and asked to reconnect the senior authority and told the complete story again and reply was same. So i requested them to connect with the main authority / manager level to speak with. They connected my call to manager lady after 30 minutes (My call was on). I repeated the same story and asked to resolve complaint as early as possible. Then she again told me that she will take my fresh complaint. I replied i have no time to give daily a complaint. Solve my complaint from your side for free without any charges as they have not resolved even attended my complaint for 3 days (More than 72 hours). And add my 3 days of recharge. She replied that they cant do that and i have to pay service charges of rs 200/- and will resolve the complaint in 8 hours on priority basis. I have repeated my say. Then she said he will cancel my complaint and disconnected the call from their side.
So i want to resolve my complaint from d2h without paying the service and other charges for wasting my time and penalize for non compliance as early as possible (Preferably within 24 hours).
Otherwise ask videocon d2h to take their box back and repay the amount of dish and refund rs.385/- of my recharge.
