Videocon D2H — complaint not being attended for last 15 days

Customer ID : 98667730 this is my last attempt at getting my compliant resolved with Videocon D2H service provider, as I have been pleading with them for the last 3 weeks to get my problem solved. but i guess Videocon dont value or respect their customer and their money. also people are so lethargic and hopeless who dont even bother to followup, if a customer has been complaining for 3 weeks then what is the problem?why is it still showing pending on the server. Ohh!!! but that can only happen when you take report from the engineer who attends the complaint. But I know you dont even do that since your own engineer has told us that they dont report back to the office. I am surprised how can a company work this way? and misuse customers hard earned money? here is the long list of complaints details: 1st time complaint : 3rd June @ 10:05 pm Complaint no: 33218673 Some of the channels were working but with some disturbance. 2. 5th june @ 1:42 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till saturday 6th June. 3. 11th june @ 1:42 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:42 pm.(please note company is promising the time here) since the company had promised to resolve the problem by a specific time and nobody came yet again I called up yet again . Supervisor Chirag Waghela told me, an engineer would come in half an hour. A so called engineer came who God knows what magic he did that the remaining few channels have also stopped showing since this date 4. 12th june @ 10:00 pm Complaint no : 33492458 The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:42 pm. Supervisor Ashish Singh attended and didnt bother to follow up further 5. 15th june @ 11:30 am had called up the service centre. Supervisor Neelu Chauhan said complaint will be resolved in 8 working hours 5. 17th june @ 1:41 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:41 pm. supervisor Geeta again gave the same excuse and false promise. 6. 18th June @ 2:30pm today Supervisor Arjun singh Chauhan didn't even take the complaint says that I have already registered the complaint 4 times and the problem will be attended in an hr.(im still waiting for an hour to get over...) as per above details, i have been not watching tv for past 15 days, why am i suppose to pay for it? also note since i have been calling the company many a times who would reimburse the phone bill? is the company gonna refund my money? since this problem cannot be resolved by them i would like to the company to refund of my money for the time im not using their services. also will the company refund my maintenance services charges since they don't provide services as promised while taking our money? And most importantly what about the mental torture, frustration that i went through?
