Videocon D2H — Complaint not resolved despite so many calls- poor customer service

D2h signals are not available from last 3 days, we have recently installed videocon d2h. I have to say their services are pathetic despite so many calls to customer care, nobody has come to rectify the problem and to my surprise they are giving lamest excuses for not sending any service person This is something I was not expecting from so called brand like videocon. Would never trust videocon again..sheer waste of money Customer id[protected]
