[Resolved]  Videocon d2h Connection — about transfer my recharge amount in my connection

Dear sir,
I m very sorry to say that i m fed up with videocon customer cell executives, as from last 7 days i m continuously called and drop mails but still problem is not resolved..
Actually i had recharge my old account of videocon d2h by mistake, which was closed last 4 years instead of my new hd videocon connection.
I already send all required things which the ask me on mail and proofs also
. My service request number[protected] and[protected].
Its my bad luck to have videocon connection.

Plz reply as soon as possible.
