Videocon D2H — connecton suspended

My connection is suspended from the morning. The company is asking for Rs .150.I didnt find any reason behind the suspension. My set top box was not working properly as I have replaced it two time and every time the company is asking for Rs. 150 for replacement. I talked to customer care department they first told me there will ne no charges this time but after replacement they have suspended my services.
