Videocon D2H — customer care number not responding | |||
I'm a customer of videocon d2h. As per new trai rule, customer can choose there own channels and pack. So thats why i'm tring too much time cc no. Of videocon[protected] but they always say one stupid line "the line is busy". I have tried too many time with variable time but they always say that one line. What is this nonsense? When i recharge my d2h then not display all channels which is i choose in the past package, so i'm not recharging my d2h. Videocon d2h is giving very very very bad service to there customers. They have no value of there customers. Trai team, I request you please take very hard and streact action opposite videocon d2h company. Was this information helpful? | |||
