Videocon D2H — d2h services stopped from the service provider

Myself Santosh Kumar having d2h a/c no.[protected] getting problem in recharging my account. I am unable to view TV programmes for last 4 days. Website and all helpline nos. of the company not working. A complete shut down type situation observed. Once i got connected the call but the executive refused to help with excuse that there system is not working. Website is also not allowing to recharge the service.
