[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — deducting balance unnecessarily

Sir,
my id is 14050730 and I have recharged on 1st june. My channels were not working so I called service engineer, he make channels proper working and I paid him ₹200.
Today 3rd june, my channels are stopped. As per customer care I have not paid the service charge to the service engineer thats why my service have been blocked.
Sir, I want to file an complain agaist that engineer named Krupal. Beacause he lied and doing some kind of fraud. And this is not the way to satisfy your customer.
Its their fault not mine, then why should I get trouble.
